While commonly known as the place to head to when one can’t get a spot at the iconic Sky Bar, Distil is a strong rooftop bar in its own right, offering an extensive menu of tantalising cocktails, premium authentic spirits like whisky and vodka. But what makes Distil stand out is its laid-back vibe, and the fact that you can pick artisanal cheeses to accompany your drinks from The Cellar, as well as indulge in hard-to-find hand-rolled Cuban cigars at the Cigar Terrace.
