DJ Bios:
Ramesh K: The last 15 years has seen Ramesh playing in clubs across four continents. Locally he has played at some of Singapore’s most influential venues, and has held five residences including his present stint at Stereolab Singapore. Performing at music festivals including Womad, Mosaic Music Festival with Montreux Jazz and Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide Festival in Singapore, he has continued his innovative style.Ramesh is currently working on MeshRadio, a non-profit collective consisting of Singapore’s best musical minds – DJs, producers and music lovers – who share a passion for good music and a talent for production. Kenneth Francis: DJ Kenneth Francis’s love for all things soul, funk and early Motown, listening to the likes of Smokey Robinson, Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye, Al Green and many other artistes at a young age has enforced the artistry and versatility of the DJ he is today. Kenneth’s present day sounds consists of an eclectic mix, made up of thumping breaks and tribal beats. With a span of 20 years musical experience under his belt, his inimitable ability of reading the crowd and innate sense for music selection has seen him holding residencies in various reputable club establishments such the recent being Café Del Mar and the now defunct Ministry of Sound. Kenneth is currently spinning as resident DJ at WaveHouse Sentosa.

Anand: Anand started off under the moniker Presha, progressing through various gigs at Union Square, Bar Bar Black Chic, Home Club and Pure, Ministry of Sound Singapore where he opened for UK Producer/DJ A-Sides (Eastside, Hospital, Spearhead). Anand held his first residency at AngelShare at Dempsey. Playing alongside his mentor Ramesh K, his foray into experimenting with different sound led to opportunities at Hacienda, Prive, Blue Jazz Cafe, La Maison, Infusion, Fash Room of the Butter Factory and Supperclub Singapore. At the Art Bar, during the mid-week monthly night, ‘Phuzed’, Anand dishes out downtempo to dub, breaks to tech and minimal house and even closed off with techno, dubstep and drum and bass! His involvement during the early days of the MidnightShift parties has found him slots to play alongside Detroit colonizer Jerome Sydenham (Ibadan Records), vocal talent Robert Owens (UK) and Detroit Techno maestros Octave One. During a weekly live internet radio show on MeshRadio, Anand found an avenue to dish out his selection of tunes with co-host, Submerge to a large online community. Broadcasting live from various venues, Anand currently plays music alongside Kenneth Francis bringing re:Groove sessions live and direct through MeshRadio. Currently holding residency at Ku de Ta Singapore, Anand plays the Sunset Session during the weekends and takes his audience on a journey through a wide spectrum of sounds from 57 floors above.

DJ Submerge: Lavin Raj, better known by his moniker Submerge, is a DJ, trained sound engineer and vinyl junkie based in Singapore. He has been DJing for more then a decade with an obsession for bass driven music,which earned him recognition in Singapore’s underground scene,mainly playing Jungle, Drum & Bass then Dubstep. He’s graced the decks at a smorgasbord of clubs in Singapore and has played alongside big international acts like Roni Size, LTJ Bukem, Logistics, A-Sides, SPY and Spectrasoul to name a few. His love for music had him hosting a weekly radio show with fellow DJ, Presha, on Meshradio for a few years.
