Starting a business and splitting shares with your cofounders?

“Founders’ Agreements Basics” is a snapshot of some frequently asked questions about Founders’ Agreements

These include the percentage of ownership of founders in a start-up, the vesting of founders’ shares, and what happens to these shares when a founder leaves. Chin Hooi Yen, owner of Polaris Law Corporation, will explain the different and various ways these FAQs can be addressed, and also highlight that there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution.

The founders of LawCanvas, Daniel Leong and Mark Png, will also be demo-ing their newly launched web app that helps businesses create legal documents quickly and easily.
