If you’re in the mood for some perfect sponge cakes, this is the place to go. Freshly baked is a humble spin-off of the French Le Bijoux bakery, and it serves up no less. The butter cakes here are delicious to the point of no return- these babies are made with butter of high quality, which you can taste from just a bite. It is no wonder why people come here to buy whole cakes at a go, because you would only be selling yourself short with a slice. Another one that would knock your socks off is the chocolate sponge cake, also aptly available in whole. Moist, buttery, chocolaty with a velvety texture, don’t be surprised to see that you would be able to finish the whole cake in a matter of days.
