Introduction to Wine Appreciation provides the novice with the basics on how to approach wine tasting. It is a 90-min introduction to the technique of wine tasting – using sight, smell and taste to assess quality and different styles of wines. 8 wines tasted.

Wine Tasting Basics, a 4-part course of 2 hours each, aims to give enthusiasts a fundamental grounding in tasting to assess quality, factors that drive quality and the different quality levels in Bordeaux, Burgundy and New World countries. 32 wines tasted over 4 classes.
