Inspired by the shoe-tapping rhythms of Chicago’s 1950s Jazz scene, Morganfield’s is the answer to Singapore’s lack of proper mid-Western restaurants. This American joint is a great place to slip away from the crowds to enjoy a hearty meal with friends. Besides, the portions here are mostly American-sized, and meat lovers will definitely fall in love with the immaculately tenderised slabs of pork ribs.
