With Osha Thai being a chain restaurant in San Francisco, opening its doors in native Thailand was always going to prove a challenge. But unlike its comparatively modest sibling outlets, this fine-dining restaurant seems to work. Enlisting the help of Thaninthorn Chantrawan, a culinary stalwart who has worked with the likes of Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal, this restaurant is a superb place to go to if you’re craving for molecular Thai cuisine.
