This April, Bincho and Iconic Wines have collaborated together to bring you a surprising and unexpected pairing menu of the flavours of Gonzalez Byass Sherries and the Japanese Grill. Head Chef Asai Masashi will be preparing a delectable menu, featuring mouth-watering dishes such as Aburi Scallop Carpaccio with Sherry Dressing and Wagyu Beef, that will be paired with the best Gonzalez Byass Sherries that the Iconic Wines portfolio has to offer.
