Shophouse 5 Open House

Shophouse 5 is a new private gallery located in Geylang. The space, owned by Chan Hampe Galleries’ directors Nick Davies and Angie Chan, will be made available for exhibitions by Chan Hampe Galleries, the Visual Arts Development Association (VADA), and also host its own guest art programmes.

Hampe notes, “The Singapore visual art scene is still developing and one of the requests we keep hearing is a need for space to experiment and develop new work. Shophouse 5 allows us to help address that need beyond our gallery programme.”

This Open House will be held on Saturday 15 August and Sunday 16 August 2015 from 11am – 7pm.
