Singapore Really Really Free Market 40

The Really Really Free Market is a pop-up market based on the concept of giving and building a community based on sharing resources, caring for one another and improving the collective lives of all.

Previously at Hong Lim Park, this time they’re heading to the west of Singapore and spending the Sunday at Jurong Central Park. This park is just across from Boon Lay MRT station, complete with a huge Snakes and Ladders playground and Ludo Garden.

Want to give something away? As there are many migrant workers in the area, try bringing more men’s clothes and items that could be useful for them. Everything is free—share your stuff (books, cds, toys, food, etc) or skills (tarot card reading, hair cutting, poetry writing, singing, etc) by giving them to others who need them!

Singapore Really Really Free Market 40 is happening on Sunday, 28 February 2016 at Jurong Central Park. For more details, check out the event page here.

Gary is one of those proverbial jack of all trades… you know the rest. When not writing about lifestyle and culture, he dabbles in photography, graphic design, plays four instruments and is a professional wearer of bowties. His greatest weakness: spending more money on clothes than he probably should. Find him across the social world as @grimlay
