Singapore (Very Old Tree)

Especially in this Garden City, trees are living monuments that embody a special meaning in our collective and individual experiences. Hosted by artist Robert Zhao, the exhibition Singapore (Very Old Tree) engages with ideas of memory, home and belonging from a refreshing angle, by exploring how trees connect Singaporeans with the natural environment.

The Singapore (Very Old Tree) Exhibition will be on 16 May 2015 from 2-4pm at Level 1, Visitors’ Briefing Room, National Library Building. To register, please click here.

Gary is one of those proverbial jack of all trades… you know the rest. When not writing about lifestyle and culture, he dabbles in photography, graphic design, plays four instruments and is a professional wearer of bowties. His greatest weakness: spending more money on clothes than he probably should. Find him across the social world as @grimlay
