Fico Masseria

Bringing a piece of Puglia to East Coast Park, Fico Masseria boasts an unbeatable combination of sunset, sand, and sea. You might even forget that you’re in Singapore, with its Southern Italy vibes and seasonal menu featuring sharing dishes like Focaccina, handmade pasta, and mains. Mr Stork

Take your sunset soiree up to the 39th floor at Mr Stork, where a gleaming tropical dusk awaits. Take in the 360-degree view of the captivating sunset at the bar or lounge in one of their quirky teepee huts. Embark on a world tour with destination-inspired cocktails like Aliya (S$27++),  a bitter sweet libation with Ceylon arrack and aromatic bitters, reminiscent of Sri Lanka, or the Bali-inspired rum cocktail, Barong (S$27++) shaken with Campari, tiki bitters, and spiced pineapple. Panamericana 

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and wind down amidst the verdant greenery surrounding Panamericana. With its al fresco dining set-up, this cliff top restaurant is the best place to enjoy a serene sunset dinner by the Straits of Singapore. Specialising in farm-to-fire cuisine, look forward to a menu of premium grilled meats, seafood, greens, and grains. Tantalise your tastebuds with a Peruvian Ceviche (S$32++) with Japanese amberjack, and share hearty mains like the chilli glazed Colombian Chicken (S$64++ for whole; S$32++ for half). Lin Rooftop Bar

Kick back at this rooftop oasis nestled right in the heart of Tiong Bahru. Lin Rooftop Bar’s rustic outfit, complete with bamboo trees and live music, sets the tone for the perfect sunset chillout session. Their drinks menu runs the gamut of cocktails, beer on tap, spirits, and wines, with classic cocktails like the refreshing Lychee Martini and zesty Margarita at just S$20++ each. Ask the bartender about their LIN Signature cocktails and you might get a sip of one of their new creations. Expect a pocket-friendly food menu that covers all bases, from bar bites such as Crispy Crab Stick (S$8++) with curry leaf, to mains like sirloin Steak Frites (S$25++).
