Indulge in new lobster dishes by Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant or a chocolate-cocktail pairing from Jigger & Pony. Looking for something new? Cicheti is launching their newly revamped menu and a gourmet takeaway platform is in the works at Marina Bay Sands.

Italian Pizzeria Cicheti Revamps Menu

With restaurants like Bar Cicheti and Caffe Cicheti under his belt, Chef Aun is well-known for delicious Italian food. Now, his O.G trattoria, Cicheti is launching a new menu this month, revamping traditional Italian fare. Dig into classic appetizers like the addictive Sea Prawns (MP), grilled with smoked herb butter and chilli. New offerings include Whole Wheat Stracci (S$28), hand-torn pasta with house-made ‘nduja, garlic, and scallions, and Zuppa de Pesce (S$46), a flavourful stew with the bounty of the sea. Finish off with a twist on dessert, gluten free Tiramisu (S$14) spiked with butterscotch and topped with an icy coffee granita.

Cicheti is located at 52 Kandahar Street, Singapore 198901. Open from Mon – Sun, 12pm – 2.30pm, 6pm – 10.30pm.

Cicheti is also open for delivery daily, from 11.30am – 2.30pm, 6pm – 9.30pm.

Tuck Into Lobster Delicacies at Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant

Lobster lovers, Wan Hao Chinese Restaurant is whetting appetites with flavoursome crustacean delights from now till 31 July 2020. The sweet and succulent meat that we know lobster for will feature in a smorgasbord of contemporary Chinese dishes like Steamed Lobster with Black Garlic and Egg White or Braised Lobster in White Pepper Sauce. There’s also a fragrant Baked Lobster with Black Truffle and Cheese if you’re up for Western elements in your meal too. All dishes are priced at S$58++.

Marina Bay Sands Launches Gourmet Takeaway Platform

Now that we can dine in again, why not head to Marina Bay Sands for a treat? The iconic integrated resort is re-opening in batches, with five of its signature restaurants up and running. But if you rather avoid the crowd, Marina Bay Sands is also launching their very own Gourmet Takeaway platform on Saturday, 4 July 2020. Whether its classic British fare from Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay to juicy steaks by Wolfgang Puck’s CUT, there’s much to choose from. Get a milkshake from Black Tap or one of Yardbird’s desserts for a sinful treat.

Jigger & Pony x Janice Wong

Sitting at the top of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2020 list, Jigger & Pony’s new collaboration series is bound to turn heads. Together with Singapore pastry chef Janice Wong and cognac house Remy Martin, the first offering of the series is a limited-edition cocktail-chocolate pairing. Each package features a bottled Shiraz Manhattan (450ml), with Remy Martin VSOP, Cinzano Rosso vermouth, shiraz essence, and amaretto. The spirit-forward cocktail pairs perfectly with five carefully crafted chocolates, each with different levels of cacao and alcohol. Expect fun flavours like Cinnamon Rum and Almond Coffee Grappa to enjoy alongside a Friday night tipple.
