This week, we’ve lined up a few places to inspire your next lunch outing. Head over for some coffee at Joe & Dough‘s newest outlet in Holland or go for Japanese at Kinki Restaurant + Bar’s new lunch set menu. Or indulge in a pre-dinner tasting experience centred around LOUIS XIII cognac with a pairing menu that’ll indulge your senses.
Experience the Five Sensations of LOUIS XIII
Savour LOUIS XIII Cognac in an exclusive experience tailored by LOUIS XIII Cellar Master, Baptiste Loiseau in collaboration with Italian restaurant 28 Wilkie. The five pairings (priced at $350++ ) were created to reveal the varying sensations and flavors of LOUIS XIII, an exquisite blend of up to 1,200 eaux-de-vie sourced wholly from Grande Champagne. For instance, the richness and subtle saltines of the hybrid Kaluga Caviar allows the cognac’s exceptional aromas to shine, while the Hibiscus and Pomegranate Soft Sorbet enhances its floral notes and honeyed mellowness. For texture, the wafer thin slice of Bellota Ham shaving magnifies the silky smoothness of the liquid.

Glendronach Launches Revival Aged 15 Years Single Malt
After ceasing production in 2015, The Glendronach Revival Aged 15 Years ($299) has returned to the distillery’s core range. The expression embodies Glendronach’s signature style of Spanish Sherry Cask maturation in fine Pedro Ximénez. In flavour, the expression offers an intoxicating burst of maraschino cherry, ripe bramble, and dark chocolate mint with hints of orange bitters and walnut liqueur. This luxuriously sherried Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural in colour. The Glendronach has also exclusively bottled for South East Asia their Special Cask #393 (1993 Vintage) ($1099), boasting notes of vanilla, egg custard, apricot danish, cherry compote, sultanas, wax, and milk chocolate.
