This week, the carnivorous are in for a treat as Bedrock Bar & Grill and Carousel – both on buzzy Orchard Road – are dishing out new treats. Those who are embracing eating green, Lime Restaurant and The Botanic are here for you. Love unagi? In honour of their first anniversary, Unagiya Ichinoji is serving up two limited time dishes in celebration.

“Farm to Fork” Brandt Beef Experience at Bedrock Bar & Grill

Noted for their high quality, source-verified natural beef, Brandt is the only beef producer to be awarded the Master Chefs’ Institute Seal of Excellence. From now till 30 June 2019, they’re partnering up with Bedrock Bar & Grill as part of the restaurant’s World Meat Series. Look forward to four specially-curated dishes that include the Smoked Beef Tartare ($42++) and Burrata & Beef Salad ($28++) for starters, as well as  Salt Brick Grilled Bone in Ribeye ($180++ for 2) and Surf & Turf ($168++ for 2) for mains.

Whirlwind Gastronomic Adventure at Carousel

As if Carousel’s array of international cuisines weren’t impressive enough, they’ve recently added a Brazilian churrasco station to their buffet line up. In true South-American fashion, the smoky meats are marinated for a day, so expect a burst of flavour with every bite. Diners can also expect a reinvented assortment of themed desserts as well as locally-inspired ice-cream flavours such as Kaya Toast and Salted Egg Yolk.

Lime Restaurant goes Green-er

Lime Restaurant’s new plant-based a la carte menu, released in commemoration of Earth Day, will be featuring mouth watering dishes such as the Omnipork Patty with Barbecue Sauce or the Wasabi Crab Meat Ball. Known for their desserts too, you can’t miss out on the Coconut Chocolate Mousse Cake with Lemon Lime Sorbet or Lemon Grass Aiyu Jelly with Berries and Raspberry Sorbet.

The Botanic Brings In The Fun To Your Brunch!

The Botanic is hosting a one-day only brunch affair this Saturday, 27 April 2019, where diners get to be the first to sample the restaurant’s new dishes! Entry is $15++ inclusive of one welcome cocktail, and then guests get to indulge in new plates for under $10++ each – whether it’s Roasted Pumpkin ($6++) with verde, smoked Persian feta, and tabouli, delectable Glazed Organic Pork Ribs ($9++), or meaty BBQ Brisket Sliders ($9++). For a quieter affair, diners can also opt for their sit-down five-course set menu at $89++ per person. Accompanied with free flow Asahi beer and bubbles, diners will start with the appetiser Hummus flat bread, and end with the dessert Pavlova.

Celebrate Unagiya Ichinoji’s First Anniversary

Two dishes will be introduced to mark Unagiya Ichinoji’s first anniversary. Available for a limited time till 20 May 2019, try the Unagi Tantan Man ($19.80), where ramen noodles in a mixture of thick velvety chicken broth and peanuts and sesame paste are topped with spicy minced pork and seasoned soft-boiled egg, and the Ichinoji Mixed Box ($36.80), which features charcoal-grilled Kagoshima A5-grade wagyu. Finish off your meal with the Pei Pa Koa Cheesecake ($6.50++).
