For the Art Enthusiasts – The Art Of The Poster

Making its debut in Singapore is ‘The Art Of The Poster’, a selling exhibition showcasing rare original posters. Held at the ION Art Gallery, the exhibition will showcase various vintage posters of advertising which include travel, entertainment and food & beverage. Expect to see the works of world famous poster designers such as Jules Cheret and Henri Toulouse-Lautrec from the 19th Century and Adolphe Cassandre, Leonetto Cappiello, Jean d’Ylen, Paul Colin, Bernard Villemot, Lucien Boucher and Hervé Morvin from the 20th.

For the Charitable Ones – Singapore’s Very First Santa Run


Get into the act of giving this Christmas by participating in Singapore’s very first Santa Run. Participants will be dressed as Santa and run 5km to and fro from the Promontory at Marina Bay; families have the option of running a 2.2km Family Fun Run. Adding to the festive spirit will be a carnival with numerous food and game stalls, as well as bouncy castles and miniature trains for the your little ones. The best dressed Santa stands to win a 4D3N Club Med Bali trip. All you’ve got to do is to Instagram a picture of your outfit with the hashtag #santarunbestdressed, and the most number of likes will win. All proceeds go to the Make-A-Wish foundation and the sum collected will be matched dollar for dollar by the Government of Singapore.
