tsuta-miso-soba

Put your hands together with glee and say itadakimasu, for the much-lauded Tsuta has launched its highly anticipated Miso Soba at its second outlet in Tai Seng. The tare (the essential base of every ramen) is made with hatcho miso rather than the more common white miso, resulting in a that’s significantly more earthy, rich, and buttery flavour. Accompanying the pork collar char siew is a dollop of hot sauce for a lingering but subtle spicy note, and of course, Tsuta’s signature soba noodles – which are deemed more superior to ramen – freshly made with four types of whole wheat flour.

Tsuta is located at 18 Tai Seng St, #01-36 Mapletree 18, Singapore 539775. Open daily 11am9pm.
