Beautiful Mind: Joint Exhibition by Welbart & Jayson Cortez

Be enchanted by a series of hyper realistic oil paintings by Filipino artists Welbart and Jayson Cortez in their joint exhibition, Beautiful Mind, at One East Asia‘s gallery. Singing praises of the positivity of the mind in their work, the pair’s first back-to-back showcase of ten new art pieces is a fresh appraisal of the optimism that is seemingly lacking in today’s society.

Beautiful Mind: Joint Exhibition by Welbart & Jayson Cortez is happening 26 Sep – 14 Oct 2017, at One East Asia, 15 Scotts Road, #09-03 Thong Teck Building, Singapore 228218, p. +65 6737 1819. Opens Mon-Fri 12pm – 7pm, Sat 12pm – 4pm. Closed Sun and PH. For more information, check out the event page here.

When not downing frappes during her writing spiels, Megan can be found catching up on her favourite franchises or cajoling friends and family out for yet another Japanese dinner. An insane need to stay connected means you can reach her anytime – except on alternate weekends, when she’s found next to a TV screen, watching F1 cars go ‘round in circles.
