The Hour Glass’ 40th Anniversary Exhibit – Then Now Beyond

This year marks the 40th anniversary of The Hour Glass, and it goes without saying that celebrations are going to be grand. To present their continued commitment in showcasing the art of horology through design, creativity, and culture, a section of their flagship store will be redesigned by Milan based JoAnn Tan Studio to create an immersive environment for a special exhibition, Then Now Beyond. Feast your eyes on the beauty of the meticulously crafted horological wonders and commissioned works from renowned designers and contemporary artists such as Daniel Arsham and Studio Wieki Somers.

Catch Singapore Dance Theatre’s Swan Lake

One of the most popular ballets, Swan Lake, is back to take the stage at the Esplanade Theatre for one weekend only. Let the graceful moves of the Singapore Dance Theatre captivate you with their rendition of this timeless classic – a bewitching story of undying love, a cruel twist of fate, and the promise of devotion – accompanied by the Metropolitan Festival Orchestra performing Tchaikovsky’s score.

Bold & Brilliant – Inspirational Women

Be inspired to go the extra mile in 2020 with TEDx Singapore as they celebrate the incredible work championed by women across various industries and aspects of Singapore’s society. A newly established social impact startup with the support of the National Youth Council of Singapore, Creative Nation seeks to drive social impact and growth through the power of creativity. Its first youth driven social impact convention aspires to be a safe space that brings together people across all classes, gender and racial lines to collaborate and share ideas with one another. The event will see a number of panel discussions from socially conscious businesses to impactful change makers, so network away!
