5 Things To Stream At Home This Week: 29th June to 5th July 2020

Physical gatherings may have to be kept to five people but that doesn’t apply to online events, does it? Round up all your friends and fam and turn it up at the world’s largest music and arts VR festival, or join in on an interactive comedy show. Work up a sweat at this year’s Yogafest before winding down with an exploration of the hidden gems of Singaporean literature.

Party On At Lost Horizon Festival

Bummed about the cancellation of Glastonbury? Fret not as one of its most dynamic arenas, Shangri-La, will party on in Virtual Reality. Dubbed Lost Horizon, this two-day event is created using Sansar – a cutting-edge platform – and offers a fully interactive multi-stage experience. Akin to a virtual world, you can explore the space, interact with fellow festival-goers and groove to a stellar line-up of famous acts like electronic dance artist Fatboy Slim, Welsh DJ Jamie Jones, and a plethora of talented underground performers. What’s more, over 200 art pieces from artists like Malcolm Garrett will be up for sale, with proceeds going to The Big Issue and Amnesty International. Find out more about the festival here.

Lost Horizon is happening on 3 and 4 July 2020. Admission is free for all, and free tickets are available on Sansar. Purchase a premium ticket at S$10 to donate to The Big Issue and Amnesty International.
