Chef Stephane Istel

The culinary mind – and soul – of Bar-Roque, Chef Stephane Istel, who has cooked for 20 years, has worked with Michel Royer, Marc Veyrat and most recently, Daniel Boulud. He has also held key positions including that of Executive Chef at DB Bistro Moderne in Vancouver and now in Singapore.


Guest: Chef Jeremy Gillon was trained by some of the best French chefs (Michel Rochedy in Courchevel, Michel Kayser in the Gard, Nicolas Le Bec in Lyon and many others…). Rich from his precedent experiences, he has work alongside Sonia Piantoni and Emmanuel Deleuze since winter 2008/2009 and helped them in their wish to move more upmarket.
