A collaboration between outspoken celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and Marina Bay Sands, Bread Street Kitchen is the Scotsman’s first foray into Singapore’s dining scene. Instead of diving into the deep end with a brand new concept, the culinary icon plays it safe by incorporating a traditional British/European menu that focuses on fresh, seasonal produce and wholesome, hearty dishes. Think classics like Fish and Chips, Irish Angus Rib-eye Steak, and Macaroni Cheese with Garlic Roasted Crumbs.
