Da Paolo – Club Street

Often overlooked as ‘being a chain’ and so, deemed less desirable than an authentic Italian trattoria, Da Paolo is actually very good. What particularly stands out is the service. You get the clear sense that their staff want you to leave the restaurant completely satisfied; they are attentive, know their menu and can expertly recommend wines and dishes, and they do their best to make sure you have a great experience. It is pricey, but the consistently delicious dishes and solid dining experience are worth it.
