The Timbre franchise is popular for being live music venues, and Timbre @ Substation is no different. A hit with the college kids from the neighbouring Singapore Management University, expect it to be relatively crowded on most nights. Food is decent but not fantastic – the dish that gets the most love is definitely their Hoi Sin Duck pizza.
