L’Operetta is one of Boat Quay’s ‘classier’ dining establishments, located just a few doors down from the French titan, Absinthe. Specialising in contemporary Italian cuisine with a Japanese flair, Operetta offers a very pleasant dining experience in the popular Boat Quay area. The food here is good, particularly the pizzas, however it can work out to be a little expensive if you’re not careful.
