Wan Hao Chinese Resturant at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel is putting up a grand oriental treat with their Magnificent Mother’s Day Set Menus, available from 7 May to 13 May 2018. Showcasing exquisite menus from $78++ per person, each delicacy is impeccably-cooked with the finest, nourishing ingredients – promising a satisfying treat from beginning to the end. Make beautiful memories this Mother’s Day at The Pelican on the stunning Fullerton waterfront. Serving up a three-course menu featuring the freshest seafood, whet your appetite with a tomato-based Manhattan Seafood Chowder before the main course options of the tender Pan-Seared Snapper Fillet with chili coriander butter and cauliflower gratin, or the flavourful Lobster Tail Thermidor, a whole lobster halved and baked with cheese sitting on lemon risotto and asparagus. With three set menus of two, four and five courses, Mum will be spoilt for choice at Lewin Terrace this Mother’s Day. Look forward to delectable entrée options such as Seabream Carpaccio and Sautéed Scallops while the main course selection include Swordfish, Sautéed Lobster, Wagyu Beef Cheek Stew, or Japanese A4 Wagyu Beef. Savour seasonal delights like White Asparagus and Heirloom Tomato ‘Salmorejo’, as well as gourmet renditions of popular Spanish classics such as the Lobster and Red Snapper Paella and US Black Angus Short Rib with chimichurri.
