Experience The Best of Italian Aperitivo Tradition
Milan’s most influential establishment, Camparino in Galleria, is taking over Singapore’s best bar this Sunday for one night only. No. 27 on the World’s Best Bars 2021 list, the bar’s heart and soul – Tomasso Cecca – and young upstart Saverio Casella will be bringing an exciting fleet of cocktails. Priced at S$28 each, highlights include the mezcal-based Fireworks with a velvety and bitter-sweet finish, the sweet and citrusy La Ragazza In Treno featuring Campari and strawberry yogurt, the classic Negroni and more.

A Heritage-Full Afternoon at Ginger.Lily
Afternoon tea is a sophisticated affair at Hilton’s botanical-inspired lobby lounge, Ginger.Lily. In The Orchard Trail Experience (S$58++ per pax, minimum two to dine), partake on a delectable gourmet journey revisiting the precinct’s colonial past and recalling Orchard’s history as a spice and floral plantation. Served in an enchanting storybook-like drawer, nature dances in each bite of sweet and savoury treats like Lobster Rolls, Blue Hibiscus Bar, Pink Peppercorn Cherry Macarons, and Almond Fig Tart. The experience is elevated by the floral-inspired interiors of the modern glass conservatory and premium tea varieties.

Republic Bar Celebrates First Anniversary
One of the best hotel bars in Singapore (in our books), Republic at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore celebrates their first anniversary with a special guest shift with legendary bartender Erik Lorincz on Thursday, 21 April 2022. From 7pm to 11pm, catch the co-owner of London’s Kwant Bar (currently ranked No. 31 in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2021 list) in action as he whips up an exciting array of tipples to get the party started.

New Plant-Based Treats At Your Favourite Restaurants
Earth Month just got a whole lot greener! Green Monday, sustainability advocate and creator of OmniFoods, has partnered with eateries to launch an array of special Earth Day menus across Singapore. Look forward to delicious additions like Kung Pao Heura Chicken Fillet (S$15.80) at the well-loved Lao Huo Tang restaurant, or indulge in OmniSeafood Laksa (S$13), and Pasta Puttanesca (S$10) at Green Common. Other collaborations include Daily Green, Live to Eat, Level33, and Bangkok Jam.

French Flight By Se7enth
