1872 Clipper Tea Co. Re-Vamped Tea Bar

The 1872 Clipper Tea Co.’s newly upgraded tea bar is your new go-to place of respite amidst the ever-bustling ION Orchard. You can also enjoy their alcohol-free version of the classic Singapore Sling ($4.70), which mixes Classic English Breakfast with hibiscus syrup, coconut shavings, lychee pieces, and pineapple slices. Feeling peckish? Try their assortment of Tea Puffs ($3.20 for each, $12 for 4) and Chiffon Cakes ($6.80 each) – with flavours like earl grey, matcha, and yuzu.

Ardbeg 20 Something

Ardbeg has released the new Ardbeg Twenty Something, the third in the Islay distillery’s exclusive collection bottled in honour of the handful of visionaries who helped keep the distillery alive in the 1980s and 1990s. The 22-year old single malt whisky, aged in ex-bourbon casks, boasts a nose of tropical fruits and a long, lingering sweet smoke finish, as well as an evolving palate of fresh green apple with notes of peppermint tea and sweet vanilla toffee that flow into white pepper, clove, aniseed and eucalyptus oil.

Ardberg Twenty Something Collection is available to Ardbeg Committee members exclusively via the Ardbeg Embassy at The Whisky Distillery‘s four outlets located at ION Orchard, OUE Downtown Gallery, Marina Bay Sands, and Millenia Walk.

Justine is a down-to-earth girl who believes there’s always room for dessert. You can find her tucked away in Singapore’s hidden nooks, either reading or writing – but definitely eating. Otherwise, she spends most of her time volunteering at Touch Young Arrows, teaching children from low-income families.
