For a limited time, Meta’s Founder and Head Chef Sun Kim will be featuring ingredients from his motherland in the Michelin-starred restaurant’s lunch and dinner tasting menus of Asian-inspired dishes. The spotlight shines on his charcoal-grilled Ok-dom Rice brimming with treasures from Korea’s West Coasts seas such as pen shell scallops and little neck clams. Another innovative dish is the grilled Mushroom Salad meticulously dressed in a naturally fermented green fig balsamic vinegar and flavourful mushroom soy sauce vinaigrette.
