A blend of distinctive cooking styles melded together, this nasi lemak party has servings of house-special Sambal chilli, Indonesian specialty Balado chilli and Malay-styled Sambal Belacan that go fantastic with their wide selection of condiments including popular items Turmeric Fried Chicken Wing and Beef Rendang. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Presents New Italian Wine Pairing Menu
Manhattan’s top quality steakhouse join hands with the fine Italian wine in their delectable new tasting menu aptly called The Italian (S$280++ per person) launching Sunday, 6 September. Start with fresh Fine De Claire Oysters paired with an Is Argiolas Vermentino 2018, followed by the main course of three 120g cuts of Wolfgang’s famed USDA Prime Black Angus Steak, each paired with a carefully-selected full-bodied red to enhance its flavours. The New York Style Cheesecake brings a satisfying end alongside an equally sweet and creamy Villa M Bianco NV.

For a limited time, Meta’s Founder and Head Chef Sun Kim will be featuring ingredients from his motherland in the Michelin-starred restaurant’s lunch and dinner tasting menus of Asian-inspired dishes. The spotlight shines on his charcoal-grilled Ok-dom Rice brimming with treasures from Korea’s West Coasts seas such as pen shell scallops and little neck clams. Another innovative dish is the grilled Mushroom Salad meticulously dressed in a naturally fermented green fig balsamic vinegar and flavourful mushroom soy sauce vinaigrette.
