New month, new indulgences! With pop-ups, new collabs and new menus, the Chinese New Year festive season is sure to be exciting. This week, expect street food and MICHELIN plates colliding on Grabfood, seasonal cocktails galore at Junior the Pocket Bar, and for dessert, new sweets at the Fullerton Hotels.
Huat With Junior the Pocket Bar and Rémy Martin
In keeping with the festive season, Junior the Pocket Bar and Rémy Martin are collaborating on a limited-run Chinese New Year pop-up. The second such pop-up for Junior, they’re serving up a signature menu of cocktails and Chinese New Year treats in a newly decorated bar, splashed with stunning motifs. Check out their new offerings like the Rolling for Prosperity cocktail (S$25++), a Rémy Martin, pineapple and brown butter rum cocktail served with a pineapple tart on the side, and their flaky Egg Tart (S$6) filled with mandarin orange curd and vanilla.

Get Affordable MICHELIN Plate Food with Street Influence on GrabFood
In a stunning series of collaborations, the MICHELIN Guide Kitchen Takeover has allowed MICHELIN Plate and Bib Gourmand restaurants and street food establishments to learn and create together, creating three-course meals exclusively available on Grabfood. From now till March, expect collabs between Cure and Man Man, as well as Akira Back and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh. Two three-course meals are priced at S$88, and will be delivered at a flat fee of S$10.

For the men, Prego has a once-a-month, meat-forward Gentlemen’s Tea with items like Angus Beef Tartare, Stanbroke Minute Steaks with chimichurri and Bitter Chocolate Cigars.

Feast on Tarts with the Fullerton x Tarte Collection
Fullerton Hotels has partnered with Tarte by Cheryl Koh to launch a delicious, beautiful assortment of artisanal tarts crafted by the award-winning pastry chef herself. Look forward to three Tarte classics alongside new Fullerton-inspired flavours, like the blush-pink Bandung Tart (S$12.50) with milk jelly and rosewater, and the elegant Earl Grey Crème Brûlée (S$10.50), which pays tribute to the Fullerton Building’s colonial origins. Available for dine-in and takeaway.
