A Cross-Border Gastronomic Experience

The Singapore Tourism Board presents “Savour Singapore in Every Bite” in Chengdu till 30 November 2022. Bringing Chef Malcolm Lee from Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant Candlenut to Chengdu’s The Temple Cafe, he will be showcasing his heritage recipes alongside Chef Jerome Merlo’s take on Singaporean dishes. The combined menu includes Chef Lee’s dishes like Pork Satay, Ngoh Hiang, Wagyu Beef Rendang and Yeye Alaska King Crab Curry; while Chef Merlo’s will be serving up Laksa Noodle Soup, Char Kuay Teow, and Chendol.
