A Summer Festival of Flavour at Lewin Terracelovacore

Umami Dinner with Eelke Plasmeijer at Buona Terraumami

For one night only, the resident chef of Buona Terra, Denis Lucchi, will be collaborating with Eelke Plasmeijer from Locavore Bali (see our interview with Chef Eelke here) for a four-hands seven-course tasting menu with a focus on the elusive “fifth taste”, umami. Delight your tastebuds with dishes such as Tilefish in Acqua Pazza and “Umami”  for $248++ per person, with an additional wine and water pairing at $108++ per person. And you don’t even have to fly to Bali for this.

Wine Pairing Dinner at Cassiacassia

Appreciate both fine wine and fine Cantonese cuisine at Cassia’s one-night-only wine pairing dinner. A 7-course Cantonese menu will be complemented by wines from Bordeaux and Argentinian vineyards, such as Chateau Montviel and Chateau Le Gay from Pomerol Estates and Petite Fleur Chardonnay from Bodega Monteviejo. Expect dishes like Scallop stuffed with minced shrimp paste in black bean sauce, Argentinean Red Prawn with minced shrimp and crispy garlic, and wok-fried Australian Wagyu Beef in wild mushroom sauce.
