Tippling Club Hosts Rémy Martin for the #TeamUpForExcellence Global Chef Program

Two-Star Michelin Chef Jean-François Piège continued his international tour with Rémy Martin in their collaboratory effort in the global brand campaign, #TeamUpForExcellence. This time, Singapore’s turn saw an exclusive eight-course pairing menu available for two nights only, brought together with Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau and Chef Kirk Westaway of JAAN, where each dish came inspirited with flavours and pairings of cognac. From now till the end of the month, an exclusive pairing of Chef Piège’s buttery Grilled Foie Gras and The New Decade Cocktail by Tippling Club’s very own Head Bartender Andy Loudon will be available at S$40++.

We’re one month into 2020, but who says you can’t start fresh now? Inspired by the season of rebirth and new beginnings, InterContinental Singapore launches Classic Afternoon Tea: The Garden from 1 February to 31 March 2020. Presenting a variety of classic tea flavours, tea-time takes shape in the form of sweet and savoury, with fruit-infused saccharinity including Apple Tea-Infused Mascarpone Chantilly Cheesecake and Strawberry Thai Basil Lemon Tarts opposite tangy Tomato Prawns and Basil Pesto Brioche. Tickets go at S$88++ for two, inclusive of a choice of fine loose-leaf tea or coffee, and unlimited ice cream, or S$118 for two, with an additional two flutes of Taittinger Brut Champagne.

This immersive all-in-one gastronomic destination at Duo Galleria is ringing in the new year with a brand new look and all-new menus that break away from caricatured notions of the typical Parisian bistro.
