Charles Joly – Guest Bartending Shift at Gibson

Winner of the 2014 DIAGEO World Class and 2013 James Beard Award, Charles Joly, will be guest bartending at newly-opened cocktail bar Gibson this Thursday, 12 November 2015 from 9pm to 12am. Charles was named the top American bartender for two years running and is one of the core founders of Crafthouse® Cocktails, producer of the world’s highest-rated prepared cocktails. He has attained an undisputed reputation as one of the most respected bartenders in the field.

For one night only, cocktail enthusiasts will have the opportunity to try four extraordinary cocktail creations from the world-class bartender. Highlights include the Moko Nui made with Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Carpano Antica Formula, Fernet-Branca and Champagne. The Chicago powerhouse will also be mixing up a Chicago Fizz with Ron Zacapa, Ruby port, lemon juice and egg white.
