Lockdown Booze-up: Cap Off Your Evening With CÉ LA VI’s Bubbly Sunset Cocktail

If you are a fellow barfly with withdrawal symptoms, quench your thirst this week with CÉ LA VI’s Sunset cocktail as we count down the last week of circuit breaker. Perched high up on the 57th floor of the iconic Marina Bay Sands, CÉ LA VI’s Skybar is an outdoor oasis that offers sweeping views of the spectacular cityscape and serves equally stunning libations.

Skybar mixologist Andrew Hyman’s recipe for this layered beverage is ridiculously simple, involving just three quick steps. Made using gin, cinnamon syrup, orange juice and a splash of bubbly ginger beer, this sweet and spicy concoction captures the essence of a warm golden sunset in a glass. With our beloved bars closed indefinitely, there couldn’t be a better time than now to put your mixology skills to the test. Try your hand at shaking up Skybar’s signature cocktail, CÉ LA VI Sunset with Hyman’s recipe below:
