Sink your teeth into their tender Herb-Roasted Turkey Breast and Chipolata Sausage Stuffed Leg, served alongside hearty helpings of cornbread and chestnut stuffing. After the two turkeys, scoff down their three decadent pies − spiced pumpkin pie topped with maple bourbon ice-cream, chocolate pecan pie, and a beautiful Normandy apple pie with vanilla ice cream.

American BBQ joint Meatsmith is beloved for its succulent smoked slabs, and you can bet its turkey offerings are just as mouthwatering. The centrepiece of its sharing-style Thanksgiving menu (S$98++ per pax) has to be the Smoked Turkey, brined for two days and hickory-smoked for four hours to produce a rich explosion of flavours. But don’t miss out on delectable sidekicks like the Sweet Potato Casserole, further sweetened with orange and cinnamon marshmallows, or the Pan-Roasted Brussel Sprouts tossed with pastrami and caramelised onions.
