Wolfgang Steakhouse Launches Renowned Wolfgang Experience

The next time you’re looking for a place to lunch in the city, you’ll want to consider the recently-opened Wolfgang’s Steakhouse for its new set lunch menu: the Wolfgang Experience. A staple at every Wolfgang restaurant around the globe, you’ll find a hand-picked compilation of renowned signature dishes – the Beverly Hills chopped salad, jumbo shrimp cocktail, creamed spinach, the dry-aged Rib Eye Steak, or perhaps a Fresh Catch of the Day, depending on what you’re feeling. One thing’s for sure – get ready to be stuffed silly.

First Ever Fin-To-Fin At Artemis

You’ve heard of head-to-tail cuisine, and now’s your chance to try fin-to-fin cooking. Tonight at Artemis, the stunning rooftop restaurant will host an exclusive four-hands gastronomic experience that’s inspired by the sea, courtesy of Executive Chef Fernando Arevalo and his guest: Chef Carlos Montobbio of popular Spanish establishment Esquina. With the Australian Kingfish in the limelight, the two chefs will create a spectacular Spanish dinner that embraces a more sustainable way of cooking, consisting of dishes like Cured Kingfish Belly with artichoke cream and Jamón Ibérico, as well as a Kingfish Fillet cooked with cannelloni beans and squid ink. An Indulgent Seafood Galore Night at Marriott Cafe

Does your ideal dinner involve unlimited servings of fresh seafood whipped up in a plethora of different styles? Renga-Ya and Saucy presents 7th Heaven Gyudon

Renga-Ya, the trendy yakiniku joint tucked away in CHIJMES has collaborated with Saucy for the ultimate beef bowl lunch. Aptly named the 7th Heaven Gyudon, this decadent concoction combines seven of the restaurant’s most popular yakiniku cuts, matched with a funky truffle ponzu jelly sauce. Think premium Kagoshima wagyu rump sous vide and pan-seared with shoyu, Hokkaido karubi short rib grilled and served with kizami wasabi, as well as thick slices of gyu tongue, slow-cooked with a demi-glace sauce and topped with light whipped cream. Only 15 portions available daily!

Renga-Ya’s 7th Heaven Gyudon is an exclusive lunch special available until 30 April 2018. Priced at $35.90, diners must purchase a ticket here and pay the balance at the restaurant.

Sky High Brunch: Four-Hands Edition at CÉ LA VI Restaurant and Skybar

Daytime brunch parties are all the rage, and CÉ LA VI organises some of the best ones. This Sunday sees its first such brunch of the year as Executive Chef Joseph Sergentakis teams up with Samia Ahad (Chef-Founder of Coriander Leaf Group) for a massive spread of Modern Asian meets Pan Asian delicacies. And yes, it’s not complete without an endless flow of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and fantastical Asian-inspired cocktails – coupled with signature house tunes by resident DJs and live percussion beats by Noor. Talk about a boozy debauchery.
