Chinese New Year aside, there’s an abundance of good eats this week! Treat yourself to free-flow bubbles, a decadent high tea, and one of the most indulgent burgers we’ve seen in awhile. Plus, there’s a new Japanese whisky in town.
Wildfire Chicken & Burgers Launches Seasonal Exclusive
Never one to disappoint, Wildfire Burgers is back with a new addition to their menu. Their latest Uni Ebi Burger (S$28) sees panko-crusted prawn patty, squid ink aioli, shredded lettuce, and herb tartar between golden toasted brioche buns. The star though, is undoubtedly the bafun uni narabi, specially flown in from Toyosu market. Pair it with the award-winning Tokubetsu Junmai Sake (S$12, 90ml glass) with your burger for a truly flavourful meal time. The Uni Ebi Burger is available till the end of February, limited portions daily so head down early.

An Adults-Only Sunday Afternoon at ATLAS
Weekends just got a whole lot better with ATLAS’s newly launched Sundays at ATLAS. Enjoy cocktails like the ATLAS Espresso Martini and Baroque Pearl amongst other quintessential afternoon tipples while nibbling on shared platters of cured meats and European cheese. Finish off your lavish Sunday with one of ATLAS’s sweet treats – choose between the Buttermilk Panna Cotta or spiced Carrot Cake. Sundays at ATLAS run every second Sunday of the month; prices start from S$158++ per person for two and a half hours, add S$40++ for additional free flow Delamotte bubbles.

A Tropical Afternoon Tea at InterContinental Singapore
The Lobby Lounge at InterContinental Singapore has launched their new afternoon tea infused with local and tropical flavours. Think tasty morsels like a Cempedak catalana with a gula melaka sponge and Nyonya spicy chicken with the Classic Afternoon Tea. Catering to folks going meat-free is the Vegan Afternoon Tea – highlights include coconut sponge cake filled with caramelised banana jam and Japanese-style gyozas with ginger. Boozy bubbles in the form of Tattinger Brut and alcoholic Copenhagen Sparkling Tea GRON are also available. Prices range from S$98++ to S$128++ per couple.

Taste of Tottori at Takayama
This month, Takayama introduces a new omakase menu inspired by the coastal city of Tottori, Japan. This 10-course menu (S$280++), specially curated by Chef Taro Takayama, brings you refreshing flavours of the East Sea. Try the Tottori yam, accompanied by scallop and yuzu zest and their homage to the ocean – Tottori Snow Crab, Japanese donabe-style. For dessert, finish up with Hokkaido milk ice cream with fresh strawberries, followed by a matcha financier.
