Tucked away along Bukit Timah Road, Caruso is an authentic Italian restaurant bringing the best of Italy to you. Known for handmade pasta and their lamb dishes, you’ll find the best of both worlds with Pappardelle Con Ragu’ D’Agnello (S$28.35), pappardelle pasta with eight-hour braised lamb. If you can’t say no to freshly grilled octopus, their Polipo Alla Griglia (S$41.75) is served with roast potatoes and rocket.
