Taste the Best Of Kochi Citruses With Tipples By IB HQ Singapore
Awash all five senses in the tastes of summer with three inspired cocktails infused with citruses from Japan’s Kochi prefecture at IB HQ Singapore. Priced at S$55 for all three concoctions until January 2021, a donation of S$1 for every sale will be made to secular co-ed weekday residential model =DREAMS under the Hi5SG initiative. Taste the fragrances of Kochi bergamot and buntan in Kanji, a blend of Genmaicha-infused malt whisky and pineapple, or an ingenious and intriguing combination of Icelandic vodka, curry-infused gin and Kochi yuzu juice in Papeda. Planning on an alcohol-free night? The Tombo is spiced with warm notes and the fruity floral accent of hibiscus.

Gudsht Makes An Outdoor Debut In Collaboration With DHM
Born out of a pandemic, quirky homegrown bottled cocktail label Gudsht has found a place in the menus of Deliciae Hospitality Management’s five restaurants, including BTM Mussels & Bar and Sabio by the Sea. Expect two bespoke Mediterranean cocktails – the refreshing Italian Amalfi Plunge (S$18++) and summery Wandering Tomate (S$20++) – to be exclusive to diners at Riviera Forlino at Fullerton, whilst you’ll find OG flavours like the whimsical Unicorn Barf (S$22++) and nutty concoction DeezNuts (S$18++) across the outlets. The White Sangrila Utama and Red Sangrila Utama ( both $18++) will also be at L’Entrecôte The Steak & Fries Bistro at Customs House!

Aussie-born Executive Chef John-Paul Fietchner weaves multiple culinary traditions into classic European training to create a divine seven-course experience. In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, wine and dine on Heart of Darkness’ special PinkTober menu . Available as a set for S$75++ or a la carte, the Vietnam brewery will donate 10% of proceeds of each item or S$10 for every set menu purchased to the Breast Cancer Foundation of Singapore. Enjoy delicious shio koji Veal Wraps (S$28++) and Raspberry Mochi (S$8++) paired with their sweet Pink Pyjama cocktail (S$20++) or the fruity When You Open This Bottle, Real Raspberries Will Fly Out IPA (S$18++) beer brewed in collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing.
