In line with Singapore’s birthday, Ding Dong’s Head Chef Miller Mai is collaborating with ex-MasterChef Singapore winner Zander Ng and finalists Genevieve Lee and Aaron Wong to showcase their interpretations of Singaporean dishes that we know and love. Take a trip down memory lane with a five-course menu (S$100++) featuring Sanshui Chicken, Aaron’s take on a classic with chicken terrine and ginger-garlic gelee. There’s also Zander’s premium scallop and barramundi Otah-Otah with coconut sluree, and Genevieve’s Roasted Duck complete with taro croquettes and kumquat compote. Complement each dish with a curated wine pairing for an additional S$45++.

Mitzo Restaurant & Bar is partnering with Hine Cognac to present an exclusive, one-night-only five-course menu (S$118++) hosted by Hine’s Brand Ambassador, Mathieu Jennin. Curated by Mitzo’s Executive Chef Nicky Ng, your tastebuds will be in for a treat with dishes such as Deep-Fried Prawn Coated with Seaweed paired with Hine’s Homage XO Grande Champagne and Salted Egg Cod Fish with Wasabi Shimeiji Mushroom paired with the Rare VSOP Fine Champagne. As part of the experience, you’ll also receive a complimentary 50ml miniature bottle of H by Hine VSOP to close off the night.
