Jewel Changi Airport Retail Shop: What To Buy At Singapore’s Newest Lifestyle Complex

Guilty from all that feasting (see our guide here) at the brand new Jewel Changi Airport Singapore? You might want to work it off with a heavy retail session in the same complex. From new kicks at Nike’s largest Southeast Asia store to thousands of locally-designed and produced merch at Naiise Iconic, here are the shops that make Jewel such a special shopping destination.

Tokyu Hands

#02-203

Hello Kitty wet wipes covers aren’t the cutest thing you’ll find at Tokyu Hands, but they sure are irresistible. Spread across two stories that sees Japanese language characters and “noren” Japanese shop curtains as part of its design, you’ll discover everything from decorative washi tape to made-in-Japan beauty products and household goods. A new corner also features pelvis correction products to straighten up your back and health.

Open daily 10am – 10pm.

MUJI

#02-227/228/229

MUJI’s first-ever duplex store in Singapore is a wonderland for lovers of the simple Japanese aesthetic. You don’t need us to tell you about the brand’s low-cost, unbranded, and quality products, whether it’s a sleek mixing bowl or suit jacket, or bed linen that could belong in a luxury hotel. Upstairs, the 88-seater Café&Meal MUJI overlooks the passing sky train!

Open daily 10am – 10pm.

Kipling

#B1-258

Did you know that Kipling, first created in 1987 in Antwerp, plays a part in the everyday life of nearly 40 million people globally? Trendy, high-quality, and affordable, Kipling’s bags are practical yet fashionable enough to navigate most situations. Their Jewel store also hosts ever-changing murals by emerging and established artists around the region, as well as the brand’s latest Blank Canvas collection that lets you ignite your creativity.

Open daily 10am – 10pm.

Foot Locker

#02-254/255

A history of more than 40 comes together in what is supposedly Foot Locker’s largest store to date. Yet another two-storey space, the athletic retailer’s Jewel outlet brings the best selection of global brands under one roof, including Nike, Adidas, Fila, Puma, and Champion, with sections dedicated to women and kids. If you ever need an emergency pair of Stan Smiths or Nike Air Force before your flight, look no further.

Open daily 10am – 10pm.

Naiise Iconic

#02-205

When it comes to local design brands, you won’t find more of them at one place than at Naiise Iconic, a brand-new concept by homegrown retailer Naiise. Boasting the first Naiise cafe, a gift bar for personalising products (engraved jewellery, anyone?), and a tea bar for sampling over 30 brands of teas, you’ll also find more than 15,000 products from some 600 brands across Singapore and around the world.

Open daily 10am – 10pm.

Coach

#01-208/209

The original American design house of leather, Coach has gone all out for its Jewel premises, complete with a dedicated section for leather care goods, monogramming, and repair services. What’s more, a special craftsmanship bar lets you personalise your new bag with unique embellishments. Products exclusive to the Jewel store include the Coach Leather Rider Bag in Black, Chalk, and Colourblock!

Open daily 9am – 11pm.

Nike

#02-232/233

At 10,700 square feet, Nike’s Jewel flagship is its largest store in Southeast Asia. Breathing new life into its retail offerings, you find not just all kinds of Nike merchandise — footwear, apparel, and miscellaneous items — but also a better customer experience. Customise your own apparel and shoes at the Nike By You space, the first of its kind.

Open daily 10am – 10pm.

In Good Company

#01-214/215/216

The Singapore fashion label In Good Company has come a long way since its early days, expanding to include not just womenswear and menswear, but also accessories, lifestyle objects, and now ice cream to their offerings. Ice cream from Katong extraordinaire Birds of Paradise, to be exact. Cold treats aside, this is a multi-experiential space that goes beyond fashion to collaborative projects, books, and scents.

Open daily 9am – 11pm.

Fairprice Finest

#B2-205/206/207/208

Don’t underestimate the value of a giant supermarket at the airport. Fairprice Finest’s store at Changi caters to both local shoppers and overseas travellers with over 10,000 products — including premium and specialities products such as aged beef from Australia and an extensive wine selection. Looking for local products? You’ll find Founder’s Bak Kut Teh, Prima Taste’s beloved range, Hook Coffee tourist sets, and flavours like Chicken Bak Kwa from Udders Ice Cream.

Open daily 9am – 11pm.

Pokemon Centre

#04-201/202

Can’t get enough of Pokémon or Pokémon Go?

That’s right, Jewel Changi Airport is now home to a real-life replica of the Pokémon Center, the only permanent fixture of its sort outside Japan. Purchase original merchandise created exclusively from Pokémon, such as trading cards, plush toys (think Pikachu in cabin crew uniform), stationery, and of course, the iconic video games.

Open daily 10am – 10pm.

Supermama

#02-207

Supermama, the homegrown design and craft gallery, has made it to one of Singapore’s biggest shopping complex, and its celebrating by packing in some of their best works, like an exclusive blue and white porcelain design called Merlion Kebaya, as well as a new line of leather goods and metal ware, Kebaya Bleu. Best known for their ceramics, Supermama’s designs blur the lines between everyday objects and local heritage.

Open daily 10am – 10pm.

The Better Toy Store

#04-226

We’ve known The Better Toy Store since their early days, and we’re psyched that they’ve made it to Jewel. Because this isn’t just an ordinary toy shop: their products have teaching value, designs that inspire, are of high-quality, and also environmentally green. Whether it’s musical boxes, jigsaw puzzles, dolls, or ride-ons, your child deserves the very best.

 Open daily 10am – 10pm.
