Fat Cow Launches Chef’s Table Omakase Experience

This award-winning modern Japanese restaurant, best known for serving only the finest wagyu meat, is introducing two new menus to its Omakase category, bringing the total number to four! The lead-in category, Akatsuki (lunch) and Omomuki (Dinner) offers 12 and 16 courses while the premium category, Sumire (lunch), and Nagoyaka (dinner) offers 16 and 20 courses respectively. For the latter, you’ll even get to sample the premium wagyu sumibiyaki, as Head Chef Shigeru Kasajima selects the very best wagyu for your gastronomical menu. Every omakase meal starts with a deceptively simple amuse bouche trio and continues with everything from sushi and seasonal sashimi to charcoal grilled vegetables and meats.
