Grower champagnes are grown, vinified, and aged by a specific winemaker, carrying with it a very specific terroir, lending to its status as a truly crafted tipple. Enjoy flavourful dishes like Pan-fried Canadian Lobster and Steamed Crystal Dumpling with premium champagnes from Goutorbe-Bouillot and Diebolt-Vallois.

LeVeL33’s inside-out transformation has resulted in a new menu prepared from healthy, premium ingredients, mainly sourced from local and ethical suppliers. Look forward to a flavourful Ah Hua Kelong Seafood Bouillabaisse (S$28) and a Westholme Wagyu Tri-tip (S$48, 250g) dry-aged in-house with koji. Vegetarians and vegans will be well taken care of with their variety of plant-focused dishes such as Smoked Heirloom Tomatoes (S$15) with housemade ricotta and a Mushroom Risotto (S$28) involving beer malt.
